Founded in Swansea, Wales, Veeqo was born from founder Matt Warren's frustration with complex, expensive, enterprise-first fulfillment tools.

Veeqo's mission extends beyond software by contributing to regional economic development by creating high-paying tech roles in Wales, partnering with local universities, and running community initiatives and coding meetups.

Acquisition and growth

In March 2022, Amazon acquired Veeqo, extending its strategy of enhancing eCommerce infrastructure beyond its marketplace. Veeqo continues operating globally from Wales under Amazon ownership, with plans to expand its feature set and seller support.
